Jane
I got cool and cozy room, it was included with a double bed and BATH TUB, as example. The property's location was good, in the heart of town.
There was no water pressure and I had to get used to it.

Our favorite place to stay in Sedalia. Polite and good staff of the hotel.

The room was brand-new and clean and with an ash tray, bathroom plus a double bed, had everything I needed. The location was comfy as for me, close to the State Fair grounds.
The bed in my room was small.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Mr. Patel, was extremely helpful and had a great attitude.
Cannot find any fault.

I know it was the state fair but $170.00 for a room??? The only reason we still stayed was cause every other hotel was booked. The room was smaller than my bed room at home with two beds stuck in it. We did not wanna walk bare foot, bathrooms were stained, and the continental breakfast for $170.00 room was a cheese danish from wal-mart. Again understand it was state fair and everyones prices are jacked up but american inn hadto raises it four times what that roach motel was actually worth!

We checked in and was not allowed into lobby. Cold old coffee on small table adjacent to small checkin window. Room had cock roaches on bed and inside small fridge. They were crawling up the walls. Pillows were as flat as pancakes and bed was old and very unconfortable. Tv was mounted above entrance to bathroom and I struck head several times. Blinds did not cover windows and you felt as though people were peeking into room. No coffee made in A.M. No donuts, etc. Overall horrible experience!
This motel was extremely bad. I would never recommend it to anyone who bathes on a daily basis. The soap provided did not lather and mold surrounded bath facilities. Curtains allowed passersby to see into room. The cock roaches were everywhere, including inside fridge! Male employees hung outside their room and looked very rough. Terrible, stay. If we hadn,t been so tired we would have demanded our money back. You should forewarn any potential renters! No coffee or condiments. Checkin lobby was very small and you spoke to foreigher thru gunproof glass which they probably needed!

Advertised breakfast did not exist. They do not have a permit for food service. Room was cold the entire stay of four days.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Patel at the front desk. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and a clean shower with good water pressure. The location was perfect, as it was close to the fairgrounds. I also appreciated the fact that they were pet-friendly and accommodated my early booking without any issues, even during the busy state fair.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
